In therapy, I lead with compassion, curiosity, and connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths based. I focus on creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and truly seen for who they are, not just the challenges they are facing. I work alongside clients to explore what’s meaningful to them, build on what’s already working, and navigate things like anxiety, identity, emotional regulation, and life transitions in ways that feel empowering and manageable. My areas of focus include: Neurodiversity-affirming care (particularly ADHD, ASD, and AuDHD); supporting anxiety management and building coping skills; mood disorders (particularly depression and related challenges); strengthening self-esteem and fostering resilience; trauma-informed, strengths-based interventions; parent advocacy and psychoeducation around neurodiversity and mental health; creating inclusive, affirming spaces for neurodivergent and marginalized clients.
