Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy aims to help individuals address mental health challenges using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Psychotherapy focuses on healing and managing emotional and psychological difficulties, fostering deeper self-awareness and long-term well-being.

Job Coaching

Coaching is designed for those seeking to achieve specific personal or professional goals. It’s a peer support service that offers a more future-oriented process, emphasizing action, motivation, and growth related to your performance and productivity. Coaching is not equivalent to psychotherapy treatment.

I am a student therapist. In therapy, I lead with compassion, curiosity, and connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths based. I focus on creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and truly seen for who they are, not just the challenges they are facing. I work alongside clients to explore what’s meaningful to them, build on what’s already working, and navigate things like anxiety, identity, emotional regulation, and life transitions in ways that feel empowering and manageable. My areas of focus include: Neurodiversity-affirming care (particularly ADHD, ASD, and AuDHD); supporting anxiety management and building coping skills; mood disorders (particularly depression and related challenges); strengthening self-esteem and fostering resilience; trauma-informed, strengths-based interventions; parent advocacy and psychoeducation around neurodiversity and mental health; creating inclusive, affirming spaces for neurodivergent and marginalized clients.
